    Increase of Central Florida Home Sales…… 

    Central Florida home sales have again experienced an increase in activity.  Realtors were apart of 1653 transactions in Orange & Seminole Counties last month.  March of 2008, this number was only 1120.  The amount of days on the market in March of 2008 was 128 days, this past March, only 104 days.  The inventory of a year ago was 25,472, now just under 21,500.
